Memory Wire ambient duo Chris Conway & Jim Tetlow are joined by 2 world musicians Carise Zangerle Murray & Ludwik Szczlik, who bring many exotic acoustic textures to the mix.
Chris & Jim met Carise when she came to an Ambient Underground event, and she later was a special guest performer at a later one. She then came to do a recording session with them. This made about half an album so they reconvened and she brought Ludwik along.
They recorded the amazing 2 improvisations on this album, and they really belonged together, so Starfish Haiku was born for this project.
Which still leaves that half an album with Carise, Chris & Jim...
